Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• The service cannot be delivered
• A duplicate payment occurs
• An order is cancelled before work begins

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed services
• Customer error during purchase
• Game bans or restrictions
• Change of mind after delivery

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

• Permanent service ban
• Account blacklisting

Customers are encouraged to contact support before opening disputes.
If you activate a license key, it is NO LONGER eligible for a refund.
